GROUP TRAINING

At G-Fit, we have always had a driving passion for our group training sessions offering High Intensity style programming in a group environment. The sessions are timed intervals which offer both cardio + strength components giving clients an all over body workout in a high quality environment. Sessions run for 60 mins including warm up and cool down. No two sessions are the same and the group culture is infectious, with participants forming great friendships whilst working hard for similar goals. They are challenging, so be prepared to sweat!

Our sessions feature the following program styles...

HIIT

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING is a training technique in which you give an all-out, 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short and sometimes active recovery periods. This type of training gets your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

AMRAP

AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE. Complete a circuit as many times as you can within a given time frame... usually made up of various dynamic exercises coupled with a 400 meter run per round. A measured style to help push your limits!

TABATA

Tabata training is a 4 minute intense program structured around 8 sets of high intensity challenges that run for 20 second periods each with a 10 second rest in between. It is very customisable and we guarantee that though it seems short, it will push your limits and take your breath away.

EMOM

EVERY MINUTE ON THE MINUTE. An interval workout where you perform a specific exercise at the start of every minute for a set amount of time.
